How/where/from whom did you first hear about “natural” OTC products?  Did you ever actively seek to learn more, & what were all your resources/influences?  What initiallydrew your attention to “natural” OTC products—be specific, was it a recommendation, claim, ingredient, etc.?  Did you have any concerns—was there anything that made you hesitate or hold back from trying them—if so, what/why?

a.    Tell me about the very 1st “natural” OTC healthcare product/s you ever purchased/used—what was it, why did you choose this one?  From where did you purchase it?  Try to recall what specific fact/s or piece of info became the “tipping point” encouraging you to buy it.  How did it work out?

I think I was first introduced to natural products by way of the fact of I was a biology major. I will see a lot of different movies I guess you could call them or just explanation videos on topics like this and this is why I got the general idea at. I think what it really drew me to the whole natural concept is just the feeling of being healthy making the right choices making healthy choices and just thinking that the kind of medicine I would be using wouldn't be filled with a bunch of ingredients that work good for me.

I can't say that I had any concerns because when you're using natural it's always going to turn out the best for the most part. I think I have enough concerns in life than to worry about that too.

I think the first type of medicine I physically bought that was natural was more than likely the natural herb Kaufman snow he's a eucalyptus or was a mixture of the honey and something honey and something cough medicine. I think I was more influenced to try this out because of the fact of I think one of the Associates at the pharmacy told me to try it out to and I would have no after effects.
